1:1 Tarot Sessions
Collaborative, queer & neurodivergent-affirming. No perfectly formed question required. Just me, you, cards and 2 hours of curiosity.

Not Your Average Tarot Reading
I'm not a tarot reader. You are not simply someone asking questions. We are two people having a collaborative experience.
I believe traditional reader/querent dynamic that most people think of when they picture a tarot reading can often be problematic. This isn't to say that there aren't wonderful and ethical readers out there, however, I would like to see more continued and open dialogue around this topic.
My sessions are intentionally designed to minimize as much of the hierarchical parts of that dynamic as possible. I've put a great deal of thought and care into how I offer them and my relationship to 1:1 work is fluid and ever evolving.
If you're interested in booking, please read through the information below carefully to determine if it's a good fit for you.

Who is this for?
You're a little woo, a little skeptical, a bit analytical, and a lot reflective. Most people I work with are all four at once. It's not a contradiction, it's just how curious minds work.
You need to externally process, with someone else, not just in your own head. Tarot and a neutral human offer a great setting to start shifting through tangles.
You have trouble forming "questions" to ask your tarot cards. That's actually fantastic. We'll spend some time talking about whatever is going on with you and then find the threads. Life isn't always easy to distill down into a question.
You want to read your own cards, but get a little stuck sometimes. A big part of how I work is involving you in the process. I'll basically be walking you through reading your own cards. You'll end up learning more about how you relate to the cards whether you already have a practice or not.
You knows you have the answers and insight you need, but just can't quite find the words to get there. That's what the two hours are for.
This is for you if...
This isn't for you if...
You want me to predict your future. I don't do fortune-telling, and if that's what you're after, this isn't the right fit.
You want to be told what to do or want to ask yes or no questions. I believe you have agency, and I will not be part of outsourcing it to the cards.
You want to sit silently. This is a collaborative expreince, not a passive reading. I'll ask a lot questions, and I need you talking back.
You lack a sense of humor. I'm a straight shooter. I can be irreverent. I think humor is healing and play is power.
You're in crisis. This work is reflective, not clinical. If you're in real distress right now, please reach out to a crisis line or mental health professional

Session FAQs
How are sessions structured?
I run sessions on Zoom. You get 2 hours of space. You bring your tangles and your curiosity. I bring the cards, my curiosity, and a regulated nervous system.
You do not need to arrive with a particular question to ask the cards (it's okay if you do), but we'll figure out the direction of the session together, so it feels right to you.
Typically, we spend the first 15–20 minutes chatting. We'll talk about things like how you want to capture and remember the session, your experience and relationship with tarot, what you're showing up with, and figuring out two or three goals for our time together.
Then I'll pull a few cards and the fun begins. I'll show you what cards we're working with to start, and we'll get curious about your reaction and start following the threads.
Do I need to show up with a question?
No. It's fine if you have one, but plenty of people show up with a general feeling of "stuck" instead of a clean question, and that's a completely valid place to start. If you do show up with a question, I'll definitely want to chat a bit about the context surrounding it, so just be prepared.
Can I record the session?
Yes, totally up to you. I can record it, you can take notes at your own pace, I can send you just the audio afterward, some combination of those, something I haven't thought of yet, or nothing at all, whatever feels good to you.
I have questions or need help deciding if this is for me.
I love questions. Please send me an email!

What is the cost?
Sessions are $275 for two hours. The money goes toward my needs under capitalism: food, shelter, healthcare. If you can't afford that rate, you can email me, and I'm open to seeing if there's a way we can meet both our needs. I'm always open to being creative, but I'll need you to be part of the process.
